Our next board meeting will take place the week of April 19th at 11:00 am in the Rec Center - actual date to follow. We will discuss urgent roof replacement needs and insurance coverage for Building 7. Topics include the current roof’s status, insurance renewal challenges, contractor bids, payment options, and the impact on residents.
NOTE: The Board has ruled out incorporating the use of ZOOM for remote access to our quarterly board meetings, due to the challenges in managing the meeting.
